Obituary of Robin Dane Turner

Robin Dane Turner, age 70 of Brooklyn Park, passed away unexpectedly on February 10, 2021.  He received an Associates degree in science from Anoka Ramsey Community College. He worked as an engineering technician for Medtronic, Imation and 3M. He was proud to be a volunteer for the city of Brooklyn Park, Surly Brewery, Friends of the Mississippi SHEP Program, 1st Robotics and he was president of the homeowners association. He enjoyed running, mountain hiking, weightlifting, bowling. He was on the Olympic torch relay team in 1996. Preceded in death by parents, Keith and Wilma and sister, Michele. Survived by wife, Karen; step-daughter, Erin (Eric); brother, Byron (Caren); nephews, Wade (Char) and Paul and many other relatives and friends. A celebration of his life will be held in August.
