We’re Proud to Serve for Those Who Served for Us
The service that the brave men and women of our country provided is near and dear to the hearts of our staff at Cremation Society of Minnesota. If your loved one was devoted to their values and their country, we’re dedicated to helping you honor them in the way they deserve.
Ft. Snelling National Cemetery is America’s fourth largest National Cemetery with nearly 200,000 interments. It is one of the most well kept and staffed cemeteries in the country. Ft. Snelling can be reached directly at 612-726-1127, or by going to http://www.cem.va.gov/cems/nchp/ftsnelling.asp.
How To Make Burial and Military Honors Arrangements:
Arranging for burial of a veteran, spouse or dependent can only be done once the death has occurred. The veteran’s DD-214 Discharge documents must be emailed to email@example.com, and then followed up with a phone call to the National Cemetery Scheduling Office at 1-800-535-1117 (open daily).
A scheduling agent will assist in verifying eligibility of the veteran and will also be able to reserve a date and time for burial and military honors.
