Age 66 from St. Paul (born in Richland, WA) passed away unexpectedly on January 4^th, 2021. Preceded in death by father, Robert and sister, Linda. Survived by wife, Mary; children, Sarah (Chad), Robbie, Katie (Joe), and Tim; grandchildren, Adelaide, Kelsey, Emmalise and Paisley; mother, Carol (Bill) York-Critchley; brothers, Doug (Wendy) and Phil. Steven was a passionate Christian and was involved with the Engineering department at Northwestern College. He enjoyed bowling at Sun Ray Lanes along with golfing and watching his “grannies” play sports.  He is a recent retiree from the public works department for the city of Saint Cloud, MN.

Visitation will be on Wednesday January 13, 2021 from 10am-12PM at Cremation Society of MN, 1979 Old Hudson Rd., St. Paul, MN 55119. Private family interment will be at a later date.

Due to Covid restrictions, visitation limited.
