I did not know Alvin.The reason being Corky never told me! . Corky lived with the present, if you were in his life to the very end you know what I mean.Corky lit up a room with his smiling eyes,his sharp wit and always his concern for others,perhaps this is how he dealt with his physical pain. Persons come into our lives and relationships come and go.Corky will not be forgotten. Reach out and safely embrace others, think of Corky, and live each day with faith and feel His presence as Corky is welcomed into eternal life. Sharyn

Corky was a part of the Special Olympics Family. I got to know him through the years at the Truck Convoy. Great sense of responsibility and of humor, and always helping where needed and always supporting the members of his family. As a family, I know how you suffered with him through the years with his health issues. You stand strong as a family and I know you always will. My favorite thing about corky is he was a little firecracker he could be happy one moment and then if you made him mad he was popping off.The faces that he had always made me laugh .When ever I went to there house And there was treats on the table or the center island I would Ask corky if I could have one and he would always tell me yes I said are they carols he said I don't care eat one. Lol His last few months of going of so many struggles made me truly realize he was a very strong man and he will be missed ,Corky you are and always will be my favorite brother-in-law.I love you RIP.
