Ev and my mother Darleen grew up together in Milaca, MN. From Mom, I learned that they enjoyed spending time together with friends, especially the Stueland brothers, with whom they shared some wild times! After they each married a brother, they moved to the growing suburbs of Minneapolis, where they could share visits and their children could become friends. I have fond memories of Ev, as she and Shelly and Diane would spend much time at our home. While we children would play, Ev and Mom would sit at the dining room table talking, smoking, and drinking coffee. She was always kind to me, especially in my teen years.
Sending condolences to Diane, Bradley, Mike, Aaron, and Ryan, may you find peace in your good memories of Ev.
