My Uncle in Mass, with Jay and with Ahmani. The best Uncle one could ever have. We have many great memories to reflect on. He was an inspiration to me and my family. I believe he made this world a better place while he was here. Thank you for making me a better person.

Theresa Wilsa thompson - Sister, my little brother whom I loved dearly has impacted my life in a beautiful and memorable manner.
Even the everyday conditions of growing up with a junior brother: the fights, laughter and rivalry brought chuckles and closeness in our relationship. Bertram will always be remembered for his love of comedy and relief jokes for any given situation. I could not have asked anything more from a Brother who remained dedicated to his family and displayed Godly love for all.

Albert Bertram Venus was my deceased father's best friend and brother known to me as Uncle Bertram.
I missed the talks we had very insightful and the kindness he had shown us.
To his family and Friends I send Prayers and my condolences and May God comfort your hearts .
To his daughter Delisia and son Anthony who I grew up with ,I extend my Love and may God comfort your hearts.

I knew Bertram as a child. He was also my brother-in-law. My memory of him was from back home, his family owned a bakery and the fresh baked bread made your mouth water. I use to love to go there for their bread. The aroma you could smell for miles in Champ Fleur, Trinidad. My last meeting with him as an adult was in 2009 and nothing seemed to change with him, he was joking, remembering time back home, of course I didn't remember them all, but it was still fun to listen to their antics when they were younger him with my older sisters. He will be missed but not forgotten. Rest in Peace.

What I will miss most about Uncle Bertram is his smile. That smile and his ability to make a quick joke helped me through several difficult times in life. Whether it was a wedding, party, picnic, hospital visit or funeral, he had a way of making you feel at ease and appreciate the moment.
My heart is sad, but even now I am comforted when I picture him smiling and joking around with my grandfather at the tailor shop.
Thank you Uncle Bertram for taking the time to share your love and sense of humor with everyone you met.
