At work Tony was mostly about business, unless you asked about the family. Outside of work there was another side of Tony that Patty and I were privileged enough to get to know. I wish we could have gone on one more cruise. Not only on the cruise but all the other times we got together with Tony and Rebecca we had a lot of fun and enjoyed the talks. Tony will always be watching over his family.

When I got married to my husband, John Columbus, 8 years ago, Tony and Rebecca became our closest neighbors. Rebecca taught me how to garden, while Tony always did the yard work with me. Tony was a very fun and quick-witted person. I still remembered there was a horrible storm a few years ago. The next morning, I found their big tall beautiful oak tree in the back yard resting on their roof instead, broken but still graceful. I immediately got inside to grab my camera to take photos. Then, I heard a low and serious voice from somewhere: Hey, 5 bucks for each! That's Tony, a person always seeking fun in life troubles!
I miss the days with Tony around. When I was gardening, he was reading, drinking or happily BBQing in the back yard with his lively country music... I just want to say "You had a wonderful life, Tony. Cheers!"

When I moved in to my house in 1995, I found out quickly that Tony and Rebecca were great neighbors. I talked to Tony mostly when we would meet mowing and he taught me how to take care of a lawn :) Tony always had the best lawn in their neighborhood.
Tony was always a neighbor I could count on and I will miss him.
