I am deeply saddened by the news of Linda's passing. I knew Linda for decades as we worked together and enjoyed a friendship of many years. I always admired her ability to overcome the many challenges that she faced..she was truly an inspiration for all of us. I remember many years ago when she was first diagnosed with her kidney condition and we were walking around Lake Calhoun talking about the meaning it would have for her life. While a lot of people would say why me...she was already thinking about ways she could combat the progression of this terrible disease. She not only survived kidney transplants she thrived and involved herself in as many activities as she could. My deepest sympathy to Joel, Julie, Brad and her family. She loved each of you very much. My tears are for the joy of knowing her and having her as a longtime friend..we are all blessed for having her in our lives. May she rest now.
