Joni and Family,
It was a shock to both Verna and me when we heard of Brandon's passing. He and I saw each other often over the years at Enger Golf Course. We both like to kid around, which we did regularly. I won't be coming to the celebration tomorrow because I'm scheduled to golf at 4:15 and the time is too cramped to both attend the celebration and support my golf team. I'm sure Brandon would understand, and I hope you do as well. I'll try to give him some credit when I make a good shot, thinking of his influence on my time at MP. We never worked together directly, but I was always well aware of his positive influence on the success of MP. I always considered him an important member of our team. I've been retired now for 23 years and still going pretty strong. I'm truly sorry that you didn't have as many years to enjoy retirement with Brandon as Verna and I have had. God bless you as you move on with adjustments in your lives.
