Dear Eric and family,
I am saddened for you on hearing the news of your father's passing. But, I know how wonderful a relationship you enjoyed throughout the years.
You spoke often but quietly, in the fondest of terms, about your feeling toward your father. What a blessing such a relationship is, to anyone gifted so!
We are with you in this sadness. I recall vividly your kindness to me as my father left this world for the next. Thank you for that friendship and the trip
you two made together to Ellsworth, Iowa, at that time.
Priscilla and I plan to be with you at the memorial service in St. Paul
