As Jan's friend, Thelma was a great influence and help as young married couples (Jan and Rich and Pat and Patsy). We always were made to feel a part of the family. Each of her children and grandchildren are blessed to have a wonderful role model to carry on their journey.

Mom, thanks for all the help in raising Beth. The banana bread recipe.
All the points you gave me in the cribbage games. You were truly a mom, a grand mom, and a great grand mom.

I enjoyed her rhubarb pie and waffles with fresh strawberries with whipped cream whenever I was honored with a visit to her beautiful home. Her love was always felt by all.
My condolences to all those that loved her, especially her children and grandchildren.

Our Aunt Thelma was loving to all at the children that crossed her path, whatever their age! She had a large family and saw no imposition in having lots of visiting nieces and nephews in and out and overnight to share in family fun. She cooked for a crowd, just in case. She baked the time consuming, fancy cookies and then let everyone enjoy. I will always remember her laugh. I will forever remember her comfort in sad times. I knew of her faith and her prayers. We had many times to visit over the years. I will miss her greatly.
