Bruce was the behavior dean at Jenny Lind when I started in 2010. He was so supportive of me as a new teacher in that school. He always encouraged me, offered help and a listening ear when I needed it. He was so good with the kids, they respected him because they knew he cared. Sorry for you loss.

To the family,
I had many opportunities to work with Bruce at St.Joes. I thoroughly enjoyed his kindness and, never failing, sense of humor. I know there are many kids that will remember him with a smile on their face. He was so caring and selfless in his giving humor and hope to the kids.
I know that he will be extremely missed by all who crossed his path and those of us who worked with him and saw his best.
Bruce certainly made the world a better place for many.
I pray for comfort and peace for his family at this difficult time.

Bruce was one of my staff members at St. Joe’s when I was a child. He was one of the nicest, most understanding & funniest people I’ve met. He definitely made an impact on my life & I’m sure many other youth he worked with.

I worked with Bruce at St. Joe’s many moons ago, and our sons ended up at the same school so our paths crossed once again.
Bruce was always a gentle soul, kind and patient with the kids we worked with. I have many fond memories working on Wabasha with Bruce, we shared some good laughs.
The good ones are taken too soon.
Ramsey and Ruben I’m thinking of you.

God Bless your family. It seems like just yesterday Bruce, Buzzy Allen and myself were kicking it in Mr. Baders math class at Washburn H.S. Bruce was always a real cool brother and good in math too! I am sure I copied his paper on more than one occasion :) we had a dynamite trip to St. Paul that will never be forgotten. He was a true blessing and someone we are all proud to have known.
