Celebration of Life will be held 12/20/18 at Transfiguration Lutheran Church, Bloomington, MN. Visiting at 10am, service at 11am, lunch at 12pm. Full notice will be published.

I was deeply saddened over the loss of Merlaine. I will remember her fondly as a kind, warm, and loveable lady. I formerly worked at US Bank Bloomington, and enjoyed sitting at her desk in Safe Deposit and visiting with her. We had many good laughs together. These are such treasured moments. She will be dearly missed. May our God deliver comfort to each and every family members and friends, and deliver you peace.

Merlaine had such a warm smile, was an unselfish caregiver, loved her family and others passionately, and was loved greatly by so many. Pam, I absolutely love all of the photos you posted of your sweet mother. Please know that you and Mike are loved very much. Please lean on me at any time. I wish you peace and comfort always.

Our hearts are broken over the loss of our dear Merlaine. We loved her devotion to family and her friendship. She had great wisdom and strength that I will miss terribly. May God bless her family left to grieve. For the Christian, "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Until we meet again in glory, sweet Merlaine!
