Obituary of George Joseph Howard

Howard, George Joseph Age 57, of Prior Lake, passed away peacefully in his home June 4, 2015, surrounded by family, friends and furry companions. Co-owner of Northland Transportation with his wife, Sherri for 24 years. He was loved and appreciated by the clients he served. He touched the lives of so many transplant recipients and their families. He was a wonderful husband, father, future grandfather and friend; always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need – his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew him. Preceded in death by father, Sherman Howard. Survived by loving wife of 23 years, Sherri Howard; children, Shayna Howard, Nick Howard (fiancée Madeleine) and Shane Howard; future grandson, Levi George Howard; mother, Sophia Howard; siblings, Susan, Timothy and Scott Howard; other loving relatives and friends. Memorial service 2 PM Sat., June 13 at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina (952-924-4100). Visitation 1 PM.
