Robert E. “Bob” Nelson Age 95, of Mpls., passed away 6/28/15. Loving Husband, Dad & Gramps. Survived by wife of 68 years, Ione (Johnson); daughter, Linda Rief; son, Jeff Nelson; grandchildren, Keith (Kimberly) Rief, Matt & Nick Rief & Sarah (Matt) Sullivan; many nieces, nephews & friends. 36 year employee of M.T.C. WWII vet - N. African Theatre. Member of Zion Lutheran Church since 1954, Amer. Legion, VFW 246, Eagles and 20 year volunteer at the VA Hosp. Memorial service 1:30 PM Sat., 8/1 at Zion Lutheran Church, 128 W. 33rd St., Mpls. Visitation 12:30 PM. Memorials preferred to family.
