Obituary of Norman Lee Dykema

DYKEMA, Norman L., age 69, of St. Cloud, passed away on July 14, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Warren and Clara. He will be missed by his children, Sarah McAlpin, of St. Cloud, Hans Dykema (Brooke) of Mequen, WI; their mother, Amy Johnson (Denny); grandchildren, Brittany McAlpin (22), of Utah, Maxwell McAlpin (16) of Annandale, Lauren Dykema (8), Olivia Dykema (6), Jack Dykema (6), Kate Dykema (5), all of Mequen, WI; relatives and good friends. He was well loved by his neighbors and friends for his good hearted nature. He enjoyed taking the light rail to Twins games, hitting the Casino, and a good pool tournament. He will be missed crossing the St. Germain bridge every day. Summertime by George will be less than it was when he was there. Norm enjoyed his position as Quality Control Coordinator at Armor Foods, and, more recently Apperts and Coborns Inc. Special thanks to the ER, CCU and Chaplain Amy at St. Cloud Hospital for their loving care. Memorial Gathering 2pm Sunday, July 26 at Press Bar & Parlor, 502 W. St. Germain St., St. Cloud.
