Obituary of Austin John Overfors

Austin John Overfors, 24, passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2018. Lifelong Duluth resident, Austin was born on October 17, 1993 to John Overfors and Jodine Blegen. Austin had many loves, none more important than his children. He adored making up silly songs and singing to them and always giving them snuggles. He had a beautiful smile and contagious laugh and always lit up the room with his wit and humor. He was a very talented artist and loved to tattoo. He enjoyed music, his friends and excelled in carpentry and roofing, a trade he learned from his uncle and father. We are deeply saddened that he left us so soon. He leaves many loved ones behind. His father John (Jie) Overfors, mother Jodine Blegen and step father Robert Fox; brother Lucas Overfors; sisters Kahlie Blegen, Sierra and Kaci Overfors; his (Bonnie) and love of his life Myrissa Laitinen and his three beautiful children Ailyeah, Casyn, Coltyn Overfors and stepson Calyb Warner; A visitation will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018, at 9 am until the 10 am service at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth, MN. A gathering of family and friends will follow at Strikers in Superior, 1906 Broadway Ave.
