Obituary of Julie Adair Reid

REID, JULIE ADAIR, age 66, of St. Louis Park, passed away July 27, 2015. She was born in Duluth, MN and attended elementary school in Duluth until the family moved to St. Paul and New Brighton. She graduated from Mounds View High School. Julie married Grover Reid in Denver, CO. They had 31 loving years together. They moved to Phoenix and Tucson and then back to MN in 2014. Julie’s health problem escalated through the years and her husband was right there to care for her. Preceded in death by her grandparents, Irene and Aubrey Ashton; her parents, William Adair Ashton and Edyth Fuller. She is survived by husband, Grover Reid; sister, Linda (Al) Broll of Backus; step-mother, Joan (Don) Glander of Shoreview; brothers, Lawrence (Linda) Ashton of Ham Lake and Richard (Lorie) Ashton of Coon Rapids; nephews, Matthew McGraw, Will Ashton and Andrew (Megan) Ashton; nieces, Nancy Webb, Marie (Eric) Plaisance, Brittni Ashton and Heather (Brett) Foster; grand nephews and nieces, cousins and many friends.
