Obituary of Mark Ramer Sandvig

Age 65, of Mound, passed away unexpectedly in Atlanta, GA, on August 5. Preceded in death by his father, Harold J. Sandvig. Survived by the lights of his life, daughters Kate (Gabe) Ohrt and Lauren (Aaron) Fangman and by his treasured grandchildren, Makenna and Cooper Ohrt. Also survived by his mother, Betty Sandvig; sister, Jane (Greg) Goven; brother, Todd Sandvig; his former wife, Lori Sandvig; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Mark loved being with his family, music, golfing, photography, the Minnesota Golden Gophers (when they were winning!), and spending time at the lake. He fulfilled a dream by successfully running his own company for many years. Memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 12, at 1:00 p.m. at Plymouth Congregational Church, 1900 Nicollet Avenue, Minneapolis, with visitation one hour prior. Reception to follow.
