Obituary of Virginia Annette Wenker

“Ginny”, age 66, of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 11, 2015. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved unconditionally and selflessly, offering her time, friendship, and her legendary, delicious food to everyone she knew. Preceded in death by parents, Royle and Helen; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Richard and Mildred. Survived by husband, Dan; sons, Jay (Janet), John (Crystal), and Scott; grandchildren, Samantha, Joshua, Amanda, Violet, JD, Zoe, and Connor; honorary daughter, Nicole; siblings, Cathy, Steve, Barb, and Curt; many other relatives and friends. A celebration of life on Wed. 8/19 6pm to 9pm at the Cremation Society of MN, 4343 Nicollet Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55409. Memorial mass on Thurs. 8/20 at 11am with visitation one hour prior at Church of the Assumption, 305 E. 77th St., Richfield, MN 55423.
