Obituary of Daniel G Feiro

Daniel G. Feiro, 60, of Cloquet, Minn., passed away Wednesday Aug. 26, 2015 at Essentia Health surrounded by his family. Daniel was born in Duluth Sept 10, 1954 to the late George and Amanda Feiro. Dan enjoyed working with all the guys at St. Louis Co. Sign Dept. and retired in March 2015. He was a dedicated Chief of East Brevator Fire Dept, and had been involved with the Dept for over 21 years, Dan felt his fellow fire fighters were his family. He was well loved and respected by his community. He loved going on the annual fishing trip with Ron, Larry, Ray and Dave. Those who loved and shared his life are his wife of 38 years, Honey; two daughters Sherida Feiro, and Candace (fianc Gary Flood) Feiro; and special grandson Santiago; four brothers and sisters Sandy (Bob) Schwalbe, Tom (Kim) Feiro, Mary Beth (Robbie) Boyer, Kevin (Shawne Sass) Feiro and many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the treatment teams on 3 East and the CICU for the excellent care given to our Dan. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 11 a.m. Tuesday Sept 1, 2015 in Queen of Peace Catholic Church of Cloquet 102 4th St. Cloquet. Fr. Fish will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be held at church one hour prior to the service in church.
