Obituary of Dale A. Zidlicky

Dale A. Zidlicky, age 72, of Bloomington, passed away on May 1, 2018 with his wife Mary at his side. Dale was diagnosed in May 2017 with lung cancer and fought the battle with strong courage. Dale attended Country School and graduated from Decorah High School in 1963. In August of 1963 he entered the U.S. Navy and in 1966 received an honorable discharge. He loved his Navy buddies. Dale was owner of Fox Fyre Excavating for over 25 years. He enjoyed his Harley, hunting and going to the Black Hills in South Dakota. He will be remembered for his love of family, strong will, and his smile. He is survived by his spouse Mary, his sisters Janice and Ruth, several cousins, nieces and nephews. The visitation will be held from 9:00 to 9:30 AM on Saturday, May 19th at Minnesota Cremation Society of Edina, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina. Prayer service at 9:30 AM. Interment in June in Decorah, IA.
