Obituary of Lois Marie Hauser

Lois Marie Hauser (nee Fisher), 3/23/26 - 9/9/2015. Lois was born in Marshalltown, IA. Graduate of Green Mountain High School in Green Mountain, IA. Lois was a Pharmacist’s Assistant and a member of Spirit of Life Presbyterian Church. She married the love of her life, Vern on August 2, 1944. Lois will be remembered as a bundle of joy. Lois enjoyed all of God’s beautiful creation; she displayed this in her love for her church, oil painting, piano playing and singing, bird and animal watching and her love of dogs. Lois never met a dog that didn’t deserve to eat at the table. Lois was preceded in death by son, Danny and sister, Shirley Wietzel. Lois is survived by husband of 71 years, Vern; sons: Terry (Jan Norman), Brent and Darwin (Nancy) and grandchildren: Paul Norman, John Norman, Colin Borsos and Darby Borsos. Memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Spirit of Life Presbyterian Church, 14401 Pilot Knob Rd., Apple Valley. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Spirit of Life Presbyterian Church.
