Obituary of David J. Rockwell

David J. Rockwell, 67, of Moose Lake, Minn., passed away Sept 11, 2015. David was born March 19, 1948 in Duluth, to the Late Donald and Joyce Rockwell. David served in the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam earning the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Vietnam Service Medal with 1 cluster, RVN Cross of Gallantry w/palms & Frame, Rifle Marksmanship Badge. David retired in 2012 after 27 years. with MNDOT. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son, and metal detecting. Those who loved and shared his life are his, life companion of 22 years Carolyn Larson; one son Jason Rockwell; two grandchildren Taylor, and Kasey.
