Obituary of Dianne G. Nindorf

Dianne G. Nindorf, 75, of Foxboro, Wis., passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015, with her family and special friends by her side. Dianne was born on April 15, 1940, in Portage, Wis. to Raymond and Sadie (Barton) Rygiewicz. She attended schools in Montello, Wis. and graduated from Superior Central High School. She married Ronald Nindorf at the Buffalo Church in Montello on July 13, 1957. Aside from raising her family, Dianne worked as a teachers aide from 1969-1974 at the Patzau School. She also worked as a housekeeper from 1974 until her retirement in 1999 at the former Superior Memorial Hospital (Essentia). She also served as Secretary/Treasurer for AFSCME Local 1760 while working at the hospital. Dianne loved to garden and play pool on her Thursday night women's league. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and camping with her family and friends at Webb Lake. Dianne had a fondness for animals especially her dog Nana and her cat Gordy. Dianne will be remembered for being the peacekeeper of the family. Her home was always open to everyone. She is preceded in death by her parents, infant son and sister Kathie. Dianne is survived by her husband, Ronald; children, Ricky (Tina), Linda Nindorf, David (Deanne) and Ray Nindorf; grandchildren, Jamie, Nicole, Hannah, Jace, Raylee, Spencer and Amanda; four great-grandchildren, Jerry, Braydn, Jordan and Miya; brothers, Raymond (Donna), Phil (Judy), Richard (Laura), Robert (Diane) and John (Kim) Rygiewicz; sister Ramona (Dick) Griesbach; sisters-in-law, Delores (Al), Barb (Jim) and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends including special coffee buddy Tish. The family thanks Dr. Georgia Brunette Essentia Superior. Dr. Steven Kuross and Dr. Dean Fox in the Essentia Oncology Department along with the Essentia Home Hospice staff. Visitation: one hour prior to the 11 a.m. service Monday, Sept. 21 at Darrow Road Wesleyan Church 4020 S Darrow Rd, Superior.
