Obituary of Dona Traynor

Traynor, Dona (Klarer) age 76, of Lakeville, died peacefully at home surrounded by family on September 16, 2015. Born to Stephen & Katherine Klarer; youngest of 4 children; graduate of Marquette University; 3rd Grade Catholic school teacher for 35 years at St. Thomas the Apostle and Carondelet in Mpls. Diagnosed with cancer in 2013, Dona took great strength & comfort in her lifelong Catholic faith and the prayers of many friends made through teaching, the Serra Club, Divine Mercy Cenacle, Mothers of Priests and other involvements. Survived by her sister Kathie, husband John, daughter Kim, sons Scott and Michael (Teresa), granddaughters Ella & Sophie. Funeral services at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, Eagan. Visitation Sunday, September 20, 2-5 pm, with a rosary prayer service at 3 pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, September 21, 10:30 am, visitation from 9:30 am, reception to follow. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, St. Paul.
