Swanson, Hubert (Bert) age 87, of Chanhassen, peacefully passed away 9/17/15. Loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Survived by Phyllis, loving wife of 68 years; children, Michel (Cheryl Kauffman), Daniel (Lori), Sheri (Bill), Jon (Beth), Kurt (Renee Tarara); grandchildren, Melissa (Scott), Matthew, Casey, Charlotte (Joe), Sarah (Daniel), Camille, Bria (Ryan), Jenna, Jack, Elizabeth, Benjamin and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral service Wed., Sept. 23, 11:00 AM at Living Christ Lutheran Church, 820 Lake Drive, Chanhassen. Visitation at church one hour prior to service.
