Obituary of Ann D. Mainerich

Ann D. Mainerich, 93, of Duluth, died September 19, 2015 at Diamond Willow in Proctor, Minn. She was born on July 12, 1922 to Paul and Eva Muhar. Ann was a strong willed person with great love for family and friends. She was united in marriage to William V. Mainerich, Sr. on Sept. 17, 1943. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bill Sr.; son Bill Jr. and daughter Bobbie. Ann is survived by her daughter Peggy (Randy) Zahn of Esko, Minn.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister Judy Krasselt of Minneapolis; son-in-law Robert Riitters of Randall, Minn.; daughter-in-law, Jane (Kevin) Myhre of Montevideo and several nieces and nephews. GATHERING OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS: 2 p.m. until the 3 p.m. celebration of life on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015 in Cremation Society of Minnesota 4100 Grand Ave. Duluth.
