Obituary of Patricia Jo D. Kulisheck

Patricia Jo D. (Jaster) Kulisheck, age 78, of Minneapolis, died peacefully at her home on September 22, 2015, surrounded by her husband and children. Her death resulted from complications of a severe head injury suffered in a fall on August 2. She was born in Minneapolis on January 17, 1937, and attended Edison High School. She received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1996 specializing in 18th Century British political history. Among her publications are entries in the Dictionary of National Biography published by Oxford University Press and in an encyclopedia, Britain in the Hanoverian Age. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Richard; daughters Maria Stewart and Linnea Trageser; sons Patrick and Jeremy (Eliza Frank); grandchildren Samantha Stewart and Joseph Stewart; sisters Dolores Hamrin and Sharon Wood; brother Eugene Jaster, and a niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents Grace and Edward Jaster. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on October 10 in the chapel at Sunset Cemetery, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd. NE., Minneapolis, followed by a gathering at the family home, 5324 Park Ave.
