Honorary pallbearers are Marjorie’s great-nieces and nephews, Kyle and Cole Blasing, Amanda Lien, Sarah and Mollie Anderson, Kelli Luckas, Christopher, Matthew, Ann and Nathan Anders. Marjorie was born October 1, 1921 to Jacob Reuben Anderson and Esther Christine (Erickson) Anderson in the Litchfield Hospital. She attended School District 78 until 8th grade and then transferred to Litchfield High School where she graduated in 1939. On May 17, 1944, Marge began working for Production Credit Association, where she worked for the next 40 years, retiring in 1984. When she began working, PCA was located behind John’s Shoe Corner in Litchfield. Marjorie enjoyed golfing, bowling and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She was a very brave Aunt and would take all her nieces and nephews and ride the bus to downtown Minneapolis for a get together when she was attending meetings. They would then go to the Ice Capades, see Santa, or see a movie at the Cooper Theater and spend the night at a downtown hotel. Marge made sure they all knew how to bowl and for some their first taste of pizza was at the bowling alley. She was very involved in her church, teaching Sunday School, singing in the choir and doing the bookkeeping for many years. Marge was a member of the South Fork Singers and was proud to have her siblings, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews in the audience when they were performing. Marge loved her home on Lake Minniebelle and hosted annual 4th of July picnics for her extended family for many years beginning when it was a summer cabin and continuing after it became her year-round home in 1979. Her nieces and nephews enjoyed many long summer days waterskiing on the lake with the cabin as their home base. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Virgil Anders of White Bear Lake, Mary Jo Anderson of Richfield, Deborah (Ken) Blasing of Atwater, Gary Anderson of St. Cloud, Gail Goulet of Hermosa Beach, California, Jeffrey (Terri) Anderson of Litchfield and Vicki (Tom) Tyler of Elk River; great-nieces and nephews Christopher Anders, Matthew Anders, Ann (Thomas Diezi) Anders, Nathan Anders, Kelli (Chris VonBeck) Luckas, Kyle Blasing, Cole (Melissa Hansen) Blasing, Amanda (Aaron) Lien, Sarah Anderson and Mollie (Nate Fears) Anderson; great-great-nephews and niece Devon and Logan Luckas, Deagan Weatherholt, and Vivian Diezi. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers and sisters-in-law Jacob (Jack) and Agnes Anderson, Joyce and Louella Anderson and Harvey and Dorothy Anderson; and her faithful canine companions Winston and Charlie. Marjorie loved life and took joy in spending time with her family and visiting with the many friends she made over the years living and working in Litchfield
