Obituary of Scott A. Hillman

Scott A. (Naalsund) Hillman, 49, of Duluth, Minn. passed away on Friday, Oct. 2, 2015 under the care of his family and St. Luke's Hospice, after a 2 year battle with lung cancer. Scott was born in Duluth on Feb. 13, 1966. He attended Cloquet High School where he was a hockey defenseman. Scott worked at his family's business, Naalsund's Creative Interiors. He enjoyed fishing and dirt biking. Scott loved the time he spent with his family and friends. He had lost many, his father and grandparents and good friends. Scott is survived by his wife Jody of 23 years; daughter Amber and son Brett; brothers Shaun, Corey and Kyle; sister Tracey Hansen; his mother Sandy and father Dennis Naalsund; grandmother Dorraine Backa; in-laws Barbara, Jeff and Greg Peabody. Thank you to his aunt Rennae Hirsch and cousin Rick Sobczyk and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
