Obituary of Judith Ann Schmidt

Judith Ann Schmidt (nee Williams), age 79, of Minneapolis, passed away October 20, 2015. Judy worked as a journalist for close to 25 years and ended her career as a teacher for Minneapolis Public Schools. Judy had a love for reading, literature, current events, coffee, sharing good times and spending time with her family and friends. Preceded in death by spouse, Larry and sister, Linda Guthrie. Survived by son, Chris (Adabel); daughter, Kerry; grandchildren: Carly, Grace and Logan; niece and nephew, Brenda and Bill Guthrie; and many other family members and friends. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Minneapolis Friends Meeting, 4401 York Ave. S., Mpls. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to charity of donor's choice.
