Obituary of Frances Irene Gamble

Gamble, Frances I. Age 90 of Mpls. passed away October 20, 2015. Born in Cloverton, MN. Graduate of Sioux City Iowa Central H.S. Frances was the first female elected officer at Pillsbury when she became Asst. Treasurer in 1972. She retired in 1984 with 36 years of service. Minnesota Twins baseball was her passion and she loved taking trips to the North Shore. Preceded in death by mother, Dorothy; father, Richard; brothers, Richard, Lawrence and Delmar; sisters, Phyllis and Maxine; special friend, Gin. Survived by sisters, Marilyn Boyce and Sandra Sladek; brother, David Gamble; many nieces, nephews and their families. Memorial Service Monday, October 26th, 11:00 am at Faith Presbyterian Church, 12007 Excelsior Blvd., Minnetonka. Visitation one hour before service. Private interment Lakewood Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Faith Church or donor’s choice.
