Obituary of Michael G. Archambeau

Michael G. Archambeau, 55, of Duluth, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. Michael was born in Duluth on Feb. 8, 1960 to Gene Archambeau and Barbara Wrazidlo. He graduated from Denfeld High School and spent the majority of his working career in the carpentry field. Michael enjoyed laughing with his friends, spending time on his motorcycle and following the Vikings. He'll be remembered for his kindness and his willingness to do anything for anyone at any time. He is preceded in death by his mother Barbara (Bob) Wrazidlo; maternal grandparents Romand and Vera Eilefson; paternal grandfather Raymond (Florence) Archambeau; paternal grandmother Ruth (Ed) Juneau; stepbrother Robert J. Wrazidlo; and step sister Rose McKeever. Michael is survived by his father Gene (Bertha) Archambeau; daughter Jessica; life partner Wendy Morin; her sons Chad and Nick; sisters, Terri (Rick) Wagner and Laura Lee Wrazidlo; step brothers Daniel Wrazidlo, John Paul Wrazidlo, Rocky Wrazidlo, David Wrazidlo; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and many good friends. The family thanks the Essentia Oncology department and the staff of 3 East for the care they provided Michael. GATHERING OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS: 2 p.m. until the 3 p.m. memorial service on Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 in Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave. Duluth. In lieu of flowers, family prefers memorials.
