CASTRO, Richard J., age 81, of Fridley, previously of Alexandria, passed away on November 5th, 2015. He will be deeply missed by his children, Jina Andrews-Neiderer (Tom); James Castro; grandchildren, Emma Castro, Madison Castro; many relatives and good friends.
