Arthur Roy Mathison September 21, 1937 - May 08, 2018 Age 80 of Shoreview. Died May 08, 2018 of respiratory failure. Preceded in death by wife Dianne Elizabeth Mathison; by parents, Arthur Edwin and Edith Mae Mathison. Survived by children; Craig (Carie) and Shelley Motzko; grandsons, Buck Motzko (Melissa), Brett Mathison (Cassie), Nathan Mathison; brother Gerald (Vickie) Mathison. A ’55 graduate of Robbinsdale High School, Served in the Navy aboard the USS Hancock CVA 19. Art’s career as a St.Paul Police Officer spanned over 35 years when he retired as a Sergeant. Burial at 10AM Friday, June 08,2018 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, 7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450. Memorials preferred to the Ronald McDonald House or Make A Wish Foundation.
