Obituary of Dean Mitchell Pfeffer

Dean Mitchell Pfeffer of Duluth, passed away Friday Nov. 13, at Solvay Hospice House with family by his side. He was born Dec. 14,1955 in Duluth, to William and Carol Pfeffer. Dean was full of life and marched to his own tune. He loved gardening, carpentry, music, and spending time with his family and friends, especially sitting around bon fires. Dean was preceded in death by his parents William and Carol Pfeffer; brother Darrel; nephew Aric, and long time girlfriend Amanda Dyszel. He is survived by children Dean (Betsy), Aaron, Ashley (Joe) McArthur; grandchildren Alexis and Alec McArthur, and the love of his life Laura McArthur; siblings Doug, Karyn (Timmy), Jerry, Rodney (Wendy), Cindy, Scott, Todd, Tammy, Denise (John), along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. Dean will be dearly missed by family and friends (Sheboogie) CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 3 p.m. Wednesday Nov. 18, in Fond Du Lac Community Church 521 131st Ave. West, Duluth. Visitation will be held an hour prior to service and a luncheon will be in the El Dorado Bar and Grill afterwards.
