Obituary of Robert W. Nell

Nell, Robert W. Age 66, of Brooklyn Park, MN, passed away on November 14, 2015 surrounded by his friends and children. Born in 1949, He grew up in Salt Lake City Utah. He served the Army in Vietnam from 1971-72. He married his childhood sweetheart Barbara in 1973. In 1975 after graduating from college he moved to Minneapolis to pursue a career in Computer Science. He worked at Cray Research from 1978 to 1994. From 1995-2008, he was an IT instructor at NEI & Dunwoody Colleges until retiring early due to a disability. He spent his retirement enjoying his woodworking and photography hobby. He enjoyed feeding and watching the birds in his yard. He is survived by his son Patrick and his daughter Amy. He will be missed. The family would like to thank the Minneapolis VA for the wonderful care he received.
