Obituary of Mary Patricia Strom

Mary Patricia "Pat" Strom, 84, of Duluth, Minn., passed away on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center with her daughter at her side. Pat was born in Duluth on Feb. 17, 1931 to George and Martha (Rybak) Teske. Pat was a Girl Scout leader, a Cub Scout leader, and was one of the first female school bus drivers in Duluth. Pat is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Kenneth; her son Donald; and brothers George, John and Bob. Mary is survived by her daughter Judy (Steve) Eng; son Tim (Betsy) Strom; three grandchildren, Mike Eng, Ben Strom and Emily (Brett) Grandson; sisters Barb and Judy; and brother Bill. A special thank you to Dr. Prathap Raviraj and the staff of St. Mary's Palliative Care for the kindness extended to Pat and her family. There will be a private family gathering at a later date.
