Frederick A. Hooper, age 90. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Passed away November 16, 2015. Preceded in death by wife Phyllis (Shosten) and brother Charles, survived by daughter Barbara (Charles) Gilbertson, son, William (Kerry) Hooper; grandchildren Erin (Tom) Neils, Amanda (Michael) Draxton, Sara Gilbertson, Matthew (Rachel) Gilbertson and Jennifer (Ryan) Yauch, great-grandchildren Tucker Neils, Britta and Will Draxton, and sister Elizabeth Miller. Private interment. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 21st at 11:30 AM at Augustana Lutheran Church, 1400 S. Robert St., West St. Paul. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Memorials preferred to Augustana Lutheran Church, or donor's preference.
