Gensler, Wayne “Bud” Born 12/8/1929 in Terrace, MN to Walter & Ingrid Gensler. Died at home November 23, 2015. Survived by loving wife, Gretchen; step-daughter, Susan (Brian) Mortenson & grandchildren, John (McKayla), Matthew (Katie) & Adam; Step-son, Mark (Rita) Kruse & grandsons, Randy & Blake & great-grandson, Gavin; sister, Shirley (Pat) Maher & many nieces & nephews. Also survived by daughter, Kris (Larry) Jenc & grandsons, Brandon & Ryan & families; son, Peter & granddaughters, Jessica & Madison; daughter, Sarah (Mark) Drahos & granddaughters, Danielle, Katie & Lauren & great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, Walter & Ingrid; sisters, Barbara Welker & Virginia Egerstrom. Graduated Benson High School 1947 and entered United States Army, discharged May 1949, called back as reserve March 1950 – April 1953. Lifetime member of VFW Post 1403, in Benson, MN & American Legion; member of the Corinthian Masonic Lodge #67 & Rosemount United Methodist Church. Masonic Service at 12:00 PM, and Memorial Service to follow at 12:30 PM, both at Rosemount United Methodist Church, 14770 Canada Ave W, (651) 423-2475. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
