Preceded in death by husband Frederic Engel; brother Kent Haaven; son-in-law James Snavely. Survived by children Cheryl Engel (Sherry Boulton), Charles (Laurie K.) Engel, Laurie Engel; grandchildren Joshua Engel, Michael Snavely, Jonathan Engel; brother Jon (Bonnie) Haaven. Memorial service Saturday, December 12 at 10:00 AM at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave. So., Minneapolis, MN. Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
