Obituary of E. William Anderson

E. William "Bill" Anderson, age 84, of Plymouth, passed away May 16, 2018. Preceded in death by parents Edward and Julia of Ashland, WI., where Bill graduated from high school. He received a Bachelor's Degree from Augsburg College and a Master's Degree from Drake University. Bill taught biology at Bagley High School for 7 years and at Mound Westonka High School for 27 years. He was an avid coin and stamp collector and served as the longtime president of the Lake Minnetonka Stamp Club and on an advisory committee to the U.S. Post Office. His love of travel took him to over 100 countries. A reception celebrating Bill's life will be held on June 10 from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina (952-924-4100). Interment will be in Ashland at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Augsburg College or donor's choice.
