Preceded in death by husband of 73 years, Herbert; parents Hans and Maren Diesen, brothers George, Harold, Bert, Albert, Robert, and sisters Martha, Thora, Helga, Hazel. Survived by daughter, Nancy Groenjes (Joseph); grandson David Groenjes (Kimberly), & great-grandchildren, Matthew, Eleanor, & James. Memorial Service 11 AM Monday, Dec. 21, 2015 at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4343 Nicollet Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55409. Visitation with family and friends one hour prior. Memorials preferred to the Allina Health Hospice Foundation.
