Obituary of Martin E Trettle

Martin E. Trettle, 91, of Duluth, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015. Martin was born in Duluth on April 9, 1924. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Florida. After returning to Duluth he worked for U.S. Steel for many years. Martin's favorite pastime was bowling. He is preceded in death by his father, Mike Trettle and mother Margaret Trettle; wife Marvel Trettle and sister Mary Tyman. Martin is survived by sister Tillie (Mike) Skorich and many nieces and nephews. The family wants to thank the River Hill Assisted Living owners and staff for the wonderful home they provided Martin. At Martin's request, no services will be held.
