Obituary of Jacqueline Wojciak
Wojciak, Jacqueline (Gormley) age 78 passed away Sunday, December 20th. She is preceded in death by her husband James, daughter Kathryn Reynolds, brother Patrick Gormley and sister Donna Wendt. She is survived by her daughters Jill (Mark) Nelson, Gail (Nick) Martin, grandchildren Michael, Matthew, Carter, Shea, Alley and Taylor and sister Agnes Merrill. Visitation at Cremation Society of MN Edina Chapel, 7110 France Ave S., Tuesday, 12/29 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM (Prayer service at noon).
