Obituary of Richard M Gildersleeve

GILDERSLEEVE, Richard M., age 80, of Monticello, passed away on January 5, 2016 after a brief illness. A devoted lifelong educator with a passion for literature, he was admired for his loyalty to family and friends. Preceded in death by his wife, Carol. He will be deeply missed by his children, Mark (Robyn Alexander), Greg, Lori, Kristin (Scott Voigts); grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ace, “Ani” (Amber Sweeney), William, Linus; great grandchildren, Adrien, BailiAnne, Greyleigh; sister, Gayle Helmer (Duane); many relatives and good friends. Memorial Gathering 1pm Friday, January 8th in the community room at Regency Woods Apartments, 2200 South Plymouth Rd., Minnetonka (952-541-0001).
