Obituary of PATRICIA CHAVEZ

Age 79, passed away surrounded by her loving family on 1/9/16. She is preceded by her loving husband, Francisco; parents, Michael and Lucetta Schloeder; siblings, Richard Schloeder and Robert Schloeder. She will be deeply missed by her children, Sheila Hamann, Dan Hamann, Sara Hamann, Joe Hamann; 7 grandchildren, Alexzander, Allysa, Austin, Ashton, Alayna, Kianna, and Shayla; siblings, William, Thomas, Lou Anne, and Janet and many other loving family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, 2/3/16 from 5 PM – 8 PM at Cremation Society of MN, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, 2/4/16 at St. Gerard’s Catholic Church, 9600 Regent Ave N, Brooklyn Park. A service will begin at 11 AM with a visitation one hour prior. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
