Obituary of Eileen May Boline

Eileen May Boline, age 91, of Minneapolis, MN, passed away January 15, 2016. Preceded in death by parents, George and Caroline Standing; husband, Vernal Boline; sister, Patricia Pettit (James) and brother, Alan Pettit. Survived by nephew, Nicholas Pettit (Sonia), their sons, Sam, Matthew, Luke and Harry; niece, Teresa Dickerson, her sons, Jamie and Billy, all of England; brother-in-law, Dale Boline (Joan); many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Eileen was born in London (Tottenham) England on October 8, 1924. She married Vernal on October 7, 1945 while he was stationed in England with the U.S. Air Force. Eileen was a fabulous cook and seamstress. She worked in retail sales and volunteered for the DAV. As her husband’s health waned, she took care of him year after year by herself. She was and is an angel. Memorial service on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior to service at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave So., Edina, MN 55435 (952)924-4100
