ROBILLIARD (Biebl), Rita, age 94, of Blaine, previously of Bloomington, passed away on May 24, 2018. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Robilliard; daughter, Judy Mecay. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Ann (Gary) Ludes; grandchildren, Travis Whitford (Julie), Brenda LaChance (Ken), Scott Ludes; great grandchildren, Jaelyn Whitford, Bailey LaChance, Cameron LaChance, Dorian Ludes; relatives and good friends.
